Version 3 Changelog: Majority just small cosmetic touchups

-Music added with 3 tracks to choose from as of now

-Transitions added between menus 

-Atmosphere now rotates slowly

-Added toggles for manually aiming and disabling wave caps

-Added 4 new skills to give more options for the influx of skill points

-Added 6 achievements, 5 of which have 10 tiers with the last only having 8 tiers each of these achievements give up to 22 skill points going all the way through tier 10
